Duration: Estimated 30 minutes with a 4 hour window.

Outage Description: This event was originally scheduled for 
04/18/2006, but has been re-scheduled.  One of our upstream Internet 
bandwidth providers has announced a maintenance outage. There should 
be no noticeable loss of Internet connectivity during the outage, as 
we should still have connectivity from our other provider, XO Communications.
