[iaxs-outage] Network connectivity outage

Duration:       Up to 1 hour

Outage Description:     During the outage we will replace one switch,
and upgrade software on several other switches in our co-lo switch
network.

During the outage, there will be an initial loss of connectivity for
approximately 15 minutes.   Following this will be several smaller
non-concurrent outages for isolated groups of customers and services
of about 5 minutes each.

Effected Service:       Some co-located, dedicated hosting,
shared hosting, and possibly other customers.
