Duration: Up to 10 seconds (6 hour window)

Outage Description: One of our upstream Internet bandwidth providers 
has announced a maintenance outage. There should be no noticeable 
loss of Internet connectivity during the outage, as we should still 
have connectivity from our other provider, XO Communications.

Affected Service: Internet Connectivity

Purpose for Maintenance:  Configuration Enhancement

Maintenance Date:  8/03/06

Maintenance Start Time:  12:01 am CDT

Maintenance Window Length:  6 hours

Details of Maintenance:  TWTC technicians will implementing
configuration enhancments on TWTC IP Customer Aggregation devices.

Impact to Customers:  All Extended Native LAN (ENLAN) and EIS customers
will experience a brief 5-10 second hit during the maintenance window.
All other customers will not be impacted by this maintenance.

maintenance window may cause
