Outage Description: One of our upstream Internet bandwidth providers 
has announced a maintenance outage. There should be no noticeable 
loss of Internet connectivity during the outage, as we should still 
have connectivity from our other provider, XO Communications.

Affected Service: Internet Connectivity

Purpose for Maintenance: Hardware Upgrade

Maintenance Date:  6/06/06

Maintenance Start Time:  12:01 am CDT

Maintenance Window Length:  1 hour

Details of Maintenance:   TWTC technicians will be upgrading hardware on
a TWTC Customer Aggregation device.

Impact to Customers:  All Ethernet Internet (EIS) customers terminating
in the TWTC Minneapolis Central Office will experience a 30-45 minute
loss of IP connectivity during the maintenance window.

We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this
maintenance window may cause.
